Access to and use of this website implies acceptance of these terms. Users undertake to use the website and its contents lawfully and not to use them for purposes contrary to the law, good faith or public order, or in any way that could damage the website or third parties.

Requests sent through the forms are not firm bookings: a service is only confirmed once we have sent the user a written confirmation with the agreed price.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, photographs, logos, graphic design and source code of this website belong to LEMON DRIVERS & TOURS S.L. or are used with the authorisation of their owners. Their reproduction, distribution or public communication without express authorisation is prohibited.

4. Liability

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors. Travel times and distances are approximate and depend on traffic. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from this site.

5. Privacy policy

5.1. Data controller

LEMON DRIVERS & TOURS S.L., with the details indicated in section 1. For any matter related to your data, write to gestion@lemondrivers.com.

5.2. What data we process and why

Enquiries and quote requests (booking form, email, telephone or WhatsApp): name, telephone, email, origin, destination, date, time, number of passengers, flight or ship details and any comments you send us. Purpose: to answer your request and prepare the quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Providing the service: the same data, needed to organise the transfer and communicate with you on the day. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Invoicing: tax and billing details when you request an invoice. Legal basis: compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

5.3. How long we keep your data

Requests that do not end in a booking are deleted within one year. Data related to services provided and invoices are kept for the periods required by commercial and tax law (generally six years).

5.4. Recipients

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. Data may be accessed by service providers acting on our behalf under a data processing agreement, such as the automation tool that receives the booking form (Make, Celonis SE, servers in the EU), and our email and hosting providers. If you contact us by WhatsApp, Meta Platforms processes the conversation under its own terms. Data will be disclosed to the Tax Agency and other authorities when required by law.

5.5. International transfers

Some providers (such as Meta for WhatsApp, or Google for web fonts and, if you accept them, Google Analytics) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5.6. Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, request portability and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to gestion@lemondrivers.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise. If you consider that we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

5.7. Minors

Children under 14 may not send us their data. Transfers for minors must be booked by their parents or legal guardians.

5.8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. The website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

Information on the cookies and similar technologies used on this website is available in our cookie policy.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to the rights of consumers to go to the courts of their place of residence.
