T1 or T2: where we meet you
Barcelona–El Prat Josep Tarradellas Airport has two terminals about 4 km apart, linked by a free shuttle bus. Most long-haul and legacy airlines use Terminal 1; several low-cost airlines use Terminal 2. Check the terminal on your booking and include it in the request: with the flight number we confirm it for you.
Once you have collected your luggage and gone through the arrivals doors, your driver will be waiting with a sign bearing your name. We keep in touch by WhatsApp or phone, so you always know where to go.

If you give us your flight number, we monitor the actual landing time and adjust the pickup accordingly. You don't need to call us to warn us.
Where will the driver be waiting?
In the arrivals hall of your terminal (T1 or T2), right after the baggage claim exit, with a sign bearing your name.
Can I book a child seat?
Yes. Tell us the age of the children in the booking form and we will fit the right seats.
Do you also do transfers to the airport?
Yes, in both directions. We plan the pickup time taking into account your flight, the terminal and the traffic at that time of day.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you know your flight details. Advance booking guarantees the vehicle you need, especially for groups and in high season.
