Our airport transfer service can include:

• Pick-up at Barcelona Airport T1 or T2.

• Assistance with luggage.
• Private, door-to-door transfer.
• Vehicles for individual travellers, families and large groups.
• Transfers available for hotels, companies, events and private clients.

From the moment you leave the terminal until you reach your destination, the vehicle is exclusively for you and your group.

Meet & Greet at Barcelona Airport

Want someone waiting for you when you land?

With our Meet & Greet service at Barcelona Airport, your driver will meet you in the arrivals area and accompany you to the vehicle.

It is particularly useful for international passengers, families, corporate guests, groups and travellers visiting Barcelona for the first time.

No searching for meeting points. No wondering which vehicle is yours. Just a simple, organised arrival.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Flights do not always arrive on schedule.

If you provide us with your flight number when booking, we can monitor the flight information and organise the airport pick-up according to the actual arrival of your flight.

This makes a private BCN Airport transfer particularly convenient when travelling internationally or when your arrival time may change.

If there is a significant modification to your flight, we recommend contacting us so that we can coordinate the service correctly.

Barcelona Airport transfer for groups

Travelling with several people does not mean splitting the group between several taxis.

Lemon Drivers offers vehicles for different group sizes, from private transfers in smaller vehicles to Mercedes V-Class vans, Mercedes Sprinter minibuses and coaches for larger groups.

This makes the service ideal for:

• Families with luggage.
• Groups of friends.
• Corporate teams.
• Wedding guests.
• Sports teams.
• Cruise passengers.
• Event and conference attendees.

Tell us how many passengers you are travelling with and the approximate amount of luggage and we will propose the most suitable vehicle.
